Overview:
Since the beginning of this week, we have experienced several issues affecting the stability and performance of our production environment. To address these challenges and enhance the robustness of our services, we have implemented a series of maintenance operations.

Infrastructure Enhancements:
- Increased RAM: Upgraded dedicated memory from 4 GB to 8 GB to support better performance.
- Scaled Instances: Raised the minimum number of active instances from 3 to 6 to ensure higher availability.
- Automatic Instance Restart: Configured instances to automatically restart upon failure, with a latency of approximately 20 seconds.
- Load Balancer Repair: Fixed the load balancer to consistently direct users to functional servers, ensuring uninterrupted service access.

Bug Fixes:
- Resolved an issue that prevented the updating of information from parent documents to their child documents.
- Memory Leak Resolution: Addressed a memory leak in the permissions management service to optimize resource usage.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our system’s stability and performance.
